The average for 2016 based on 36 countries was 84.73 percent.The highest value was in Namibia: 100 percent and the lowest value was in Gabon: 1.9 percent. The indicator is available from 2012 to 2016. Below is a chart for all countries where data are available.

This is calculated by dividing the number of inhabitants within range of a mobile cellular signal by the total population.
