Building permits in Spain, December, 2019: The data series span the period from January 2000 to December 2019. During that time, the average value for Spain was 6779 building permits with a minumum of 903 building permits in August 2014 and a maximum of 24160 building permits in October 2006. The latest number is 1312, a change of -9.83% from the previous data point of 1455 building permits and a change of -43.2% from a year ago when the level was 2310 building permits.
