Building permits in Poland, May, 2020
The data series span the period from January 2010 to May 2020.
During that time, the average value for Poland was
14997 building permits with a minumum of 4144 building permits
in January 2013 and a maximum of 27824 building permits in October 2019.
The latest number is 19338, a change of 15.4% from the previous data point of
16758 building permits and a change of -28.34% from a year ago when the level was
26984 building permits.
The number of building permits is considered a leading macroeconomic indicator as it typically grows a few months ahead of an economic expansion and declines a few months before an economic slowdown.
