Building permits in Croatia, July, 2020
The data series span the period from January 2010 to July 2020.
During that time, the average value for Croatia was
895 building permits with a minumum of 410 building permits
in July 2014 and a maximum of 1742 building permits in November 2017.
The latest number is 856, a change of -23.84% from the previous data point of
1124 building permits and a change of -28.43% from a year ago when the level was
1196 building permits.
The number of building permits is considered a leading macroeconomic indicator as it typically grows a few months ahead of an economic expansion and declines a few months before an economic slowdown.
