The average for 2015 was 1.78 index points. The highest value was in the USA: 2.1 index points and the lowest value was in Finland: 1.67 index points. Below is a chart for all countries where data are available for: FDI Confidence Index.

Definition: The FDI Confidence Index is calculated as a weighted average of the number of high, medium and low responses to questions about the likelihood of direct investment in a market over the next three years. Index values are based on non-source-country responses. Higher Index values indicate more attractive investment targets.
